How to use GTA 5 cheats

On PS5, PS4, and Xbox, you can enable or disable cheats by swiftly entering the correct button sequence. A notification will appear on-screen to confirm if you entered it correctly.

In-game, you can also access your phone to dial the cheat code. This is the primary method for entering codes on PC as well. The phone numbers for cheats always start with 1-999, followed by a code that corresponds to the cheat’s name on the number pad. Alternatively, PC players can press the tilde key (~) to open the command console and directly input the cheat codes there.

Remember: activating cheats will temporarily disable the ability to earn Achievements and Trophies until you deactivate all cheats by reentering the codes you initially used

Using cheat codes in GTA 5 to spawn cars on PS4, Xbox One, and PC operates similarly to other cheat codes.
